• We will continue operating from our Cranleigh premises
• All employees have been retained
• Simon Payne - Production Manager (Keith Payne's Son) and Warren Saville - Technical Sales Manager will remain with the business
• We expect customers to receive the same if not an improvement in service due to the benefit of being part of a larger group
• Keith Payne himself is now enjoying a well deserved retirement
