Process plant gaskets are bespoke for each customer whether they are flanges for silos, hoppers, pressure vessels or conveying lines, we can manufacture them. For the food industry we have a range of non-toxic food quality rubbers, silicones Viton® Nitrile Neoprene Natural and WRAS approved EPDM.
We have a range of wear resistant rubbers for the lining of chutes and hoppers and for scraper blades for conveyors. We manufacture wear resistant rubbers for rotary valves and material diverters for pneumatic conveying plants.
High temperature and pressure steam systems can either use our CSF (Compressed Synthetic Fibre) gaskets or our stock range of Spiral Wound gaskets with either graphite of PTFE fillers.
Rubber washers are supplied for handrail/glass installations.
Water treatment plants pipework can use our WRAS approved EPDM gaskets and sediment tanks use our wear resistant wiper/squeegee blades.
